How That Information Is UsedMicroSculpt.com does not share or sell the data it gathers. Information collected is used to analize customer scale modeling preferences for the development of future products. Email address are used strictly to notify customers and interested parties about the release of new products and to communicate with customers. Payment Methods We AcceptMicroSculpt.com accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. We do not currently accept international wire transfers, checks, money orders, traveler's checks, cashier's checks or any other payment method not listed above. International ShippingPrivacyYour privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Returns and ReplacementsThe above terms (including, if applicable, terms related to the Import Fee Deposit) also apply to any replacement product we might ship (in our discretion) if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers. Customs, Duties and TaxesThe recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Refunds and Return PolicyYou may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. ExchangesWe stand behind the products we sell. In the event you should received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item (or a different one), please return the original item. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. Place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. (Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive.)
